Hi, I’m Phedra Lopez, founder of Rule Our Roost—a woman-owned, back-office support service created specifically for builders, tradespeople, and general contractors in Georgia.

I started this business after years of managing property investments and construction projects. What I realized, time and time again, was that most contractors weren’t struggling with the build itself—they were buried in everything that surrounded it. The constant emails, the chaotic schedules, the vendor drama, the piles of paperwork, and the client follow-ups that never seemed to end. That’s the part that held them back. That’s the part I knew I could help with.
